Job Summary
Within Alliance Operations Support Team we deliver a wide range of services supporting the Salesforce, Workday and Other Emerging Platforms Operational
Processes across business Globally and Geo specific needs. Among these activities we provide:
- Alliance Operations Support
- Platform Reporting
- MD&I Operations Support
- PMO and sales support

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Provide operations support for Alliance Leads and the team in their day-to-day pipeline activities, with focus on opportunity pipeline management, tracking and
follow up, scorecard and report production
- Act as a key contact for Alliance Leads. Understand requirements and needs of the Alliance Leads organization and be able to communicate effectively.
- Reporting:- Pipeline Reporting: Prepare the Consolidated Pipeline and each of the individual pipelines
- MMS Won Opportunities Vs SAP/R3 Sales Comparison Report
- Alliance Attribute Report
- MD&I Travel Report and reconciliations
- Ad-Hoc Reports
- Job Coding Management
- Learning & Training Development Programs
- Stakeholder Management and support
- Share-point & Distribution lists maintenance
- Take responsibility for personal skill development and career management.

Qualifications :

Education
-Business Administration, Engineer, Accountant, etc.

Work Experience
-3+ years of work experience

Work Requirements
- May be required to travel occasionally
- May be required to attend conference calls outside of normal working hours
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English language
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English language
- Project management knowledge
- Problem solving and root cause analysis
- Confidence and poise in interactions with senior executives
- Versatility to work on different initiatives simultaneously
- Detail oriented and organized
- Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook)
- Understanding of basic finance concepts for a services company
- Pipeline knowledge is high appreciated
