Here's how you'll make a difference
· Our clients can count on your expertise when it comes to developing successful learning strategies and reviewing their business strategies
· You'll not only assist in implementing your clients' strategies but also in curriculum planning
· Finally, you'll be involved in nomination processes, batch enrollment and session roster management
Ideal candidate profile
Here's what we're expecting
· University degree combined with at least two years' track record in both learning and relationship management
· Ability to liaise closely and successfully with clients, partners and colleagues as well
· An ambitious mindset and a flexible and proactive approach
· Excellent interpersonal and fluent communication skills in German and English
