A new area within Accenture Digital is Industry X.0, an advanced, digitally enabled, innovative, planning and investment approach for manufacturing and asset-intensive industries

In your role within our Industry X.0 team, you'll help clients take advantage of significant market opportunities as digital technology moves into the core of industry in product development and manufacturing environments. You'll help them transform their product, manufacturing and product related services value chains in Products, Communications, Media, High Tech, Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas and Utilities. We are looking for Technical Team Leads to work in an international company, delivering digital solutions to various global clients around the world with excited software engineers.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Act as Scrum Master for scrum teams, or Project Manager for one or more projects, with a focus on guiding the teams and ensuring successful delivery of the projects
·  Ability to orchestrate and manage a cross-functional team of mobile app developers, back-end developers, UI designers, product managers and QA to deliver the project on time
·  Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definition
·  Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal
·  Ensure preparation of necessary documentation and submission of status reports to management
·  Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards
·  Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
·  Package and support deployment of releases
·  Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications
·  Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
·  Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
·  Be responsible for the technical delivery of mobile application focused projects
·  Lead and mentor junior mobile developers

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline
·  5+ years' Software Development experience
·  3+ years' Team Lead experience in mobile apps
·  3+ years' mobile technology experience with regular mobile app releases
·  3+ years' experience demonstrating usage of methodologies (SCRUM, Agile, etc.) and best practices through the PM lifecycle
·  Familiarity with systems like Jira, TFS

Additional Qualifications:

·  Experience in complex problem handling situations - resource/time constraints, quality challenges, release issues etc.
·  Experience handling multiple and short duration projects at the same time
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills
·  Technically well grounded within the assigned area of work
