Your job:

Accenture Talent Academy is a traineeship that will start in May 2020 and will consist two parts. The first part is mainly about acquiring basic knowledge, in which we guide you to understand the new field. This gives you insight into which activities can be performed by a computer. With this insight you create, with the help of user-friendly programs, smart solutions for our customers. We ensure that you get enough time to master these programs with the right guidance.

In the second part you will gain work experience. During this time you will collaborate with colleagues on challenging projects that you can learn a lot from. Our coaches and trainers prepare you for your new career and ensure that you feel at home in this new field.

Qualifications :

Your background:
Are you an innovative person who is at the start of a new career? Have you completed a Bachelor or Master course and are you fluent in both the Dutch and English language? Are you also a motivated person who is eager to learn and is a real team player, even if you do not have an IT background?
