Your job

In your role as IT Support Office 365 at Accenture in Heerlen you are administrator for our client's Office 365 environment (several hundred licenses). The tenant is running a hybrid setup, you will be responsible for the Officer 365 platform which we deliver as a service. Platforms available in the environment are Sharepoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange, Teams, Forms, Flow, Power Bi and Intune. In this environment you will provide functional support to end-users (and very few power users), solve incidents, deliver monthly reports and enable small changes (<4 hour projects).

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your background

·  MBO3 or MBO4 diploma in Systems or Network Engineer or a related education;
·  You have 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience;
·  You have some knowledge of the Office 365 platforms;
·  You have experience in writing technical and functional designs for complex environments;
·  You are service minded, a teamplayer and a problem solver.
