Job Description:
The role supports the Corporate Functions Finance Organization through the financial support to the Entire Finance Department distributed all over the world. Financial support means participation in month end, processing, forecasting, planning, and the follow-up of monthly cost expenses with the variance analysis. The role has to be taken as “financial assessor or counselor”. Daily work is being done in English.

In this role will be required to:

• Support the corporate functions senior leadership team as the finance point of contact and advisor for all financially related aspects of their function

• Contribute in the development of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting and analysis

• Assist the development of standard planning and forecasting requirements, processes, instructions, calendars and templates to be used

• Provide financial support to corporate function leadership which will assist in the decisions with critical financial impacts such as cost and headcount management

• Proactively assist and participate in the implementation of costs management actions

• Collaborate across all corporate functions to determine and share best practices in all aspects of financial management

• Provide support and analysis around the design, set up and implement new structures and approaches within the economic model, including emerging markets and new cross functional models

In this role the responsibilities are the following:

•Accounting & Business Advise: Accruals, Reclassifications, Journal entries posting, Invoices Follow Up
•Ensure compliance and provide guidance on U.S. GAAP, Accenture finance policies, local statutory requirements and appropriate financial controls.
•Master data maintenance: PC/CC/WBS elements creation and closure requests
•Reporting: Analysis of results and variance to forecast
Report development and reconciliation – includes forecast, actual results, and data for business analysis
•Forecasting: assistance in forecast building, consistency analysis and best practices suggestions
•Understanding and application of standard processes
•Identification of client needs and propose supervisor a solution to attend these needs.
•SAP research and issue support
•Data input – internal reports & templates, Accenture Financial Systems (IFS), SAP, etc

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
• Student / University degree in administration, finance, accounting or related
• Advanced level in English (Oral/Written)

Type of Experience
• Degree educated or equivalent relevant studies/qualifications (business/executive administrative) preferred.
• Typically has minimum of 1+ years of experience; commercial awareness and business acumen is desirable.
•Finance and Analytical Experience is required.

Technical and Personal Skills
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
• Excel and Power Point skills.
• Ability to work towards tight deadlines and to deliver accurate work

Desirable:

SQL / Python / R / Power BI / Power Query / Storytelling / Agile methodologies / Design Thinking

Professional Skill Requirements
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
