A DOD Agency has selected ServiceNOW to be the workflow management tool to manage multiple business processes across the organization utilizing the platform. The business analyst will work with the functional application lead to identify and manage requirements, document business processes, support testing activities, and provide end user training and support. The business analyst should excel in a fast-paced team environment and expect to have weekly, if not daily, interaction with the client. Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  1 year of IT experience or BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Business or another technical major
·  1+ years' experience working with users to capture requirements, define processes, create test scripts, provide training and support change management activities
·  US Citizenship

Preferred skills:

·  Experience working within a professional federal environment is a plus (such as HR or security)
·  ITIL Foundations Certification
·  ServiceNOW System Administration Certification
·  Agile Delivery Experience
·  1-year experience working with ServiceNow or similar platform
·  Good oral and written communications skills, interpersonal skills, analytical and creative problem-solving skills

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
