Job Description
Program/Project Management professionals manage multiple, ongoing, interrelated projects to achieve a specific set of client business goals. Coordinate service levels and agreements and prioritize resources across projects and entities. Organize and manage resources and plans all work required to complete a discrete project within defined scope, quality, time and cost parameters.

Responsibilities Include:
· Supporting small to large projects
· Providing stakeholder management, work-plan management, and status reporting
· Demonstrating leadership qualities, as well as customer interface/relationship skills
· Providing direction to other resources, estimating work accurately, and assessing the impact of issues on cost and schedule
· Responsible for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements for the project
· Working with client to identify business requirements and subsequently leads a team in the initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and closing tasks of a project to produce the solution deliverable
· Encourage an atmosphere of trust, openness and communication and an attitude based on working together and shared objectives
· Effectively project manage initiatives and drive deliverables to completion
· Effectively manage own time and work priorities
· Ability to manage component(s) of complex initiatives/change
· Ability to manage status and keeps stakeholders apprised; Identifies, assesses and resolves issues when possible
· Leverages the skills of team to meet defined business objectives

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  3-5 years project management experience
·  5+ years of management experience in a consulting environment
·  5-8 years of Agile delivery methodology experience including hands on experience with Agile tooling suite (i.e. Jira and Confluence, Rally, Agile Central, Agile Manager)
·  Ability to meet travel requirements
·  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or an Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications
·  Hybrid Agile
·  Ability to work across agile and waterfall efforts with experience managing program increment planning
·  Experience creating a program board
·  Experience with integrated work plan creation, tracking, financial reconciliation, budget management, status reports, executive level summaries, issues risks, etc.
·  Familiar with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
·  In-depth Agile knowledge around specific agile ceremonies
·  PMP Certified
·  Scrum Master Certified
·  Client facing experience

·  Ability to travel 100% Monday - Thursday on a weekly basis throughout the United States.
·  Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Desire to work in an information systems environment
·  Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
·  Excellent leadership and management skills
