Agile Coaches are integral part of client engagement. They are hands-on agile experts that operate to maximize delivery efficiency and increase employee satisfaction. The core responsibilities of an agile coach includes:

Profile/Role Description

Designing strategies for the organizational adoption of Agile. These strategies should include every stage of the adoption process, including employee education of Agile, to nurturing teams and philosophies that embody Agile. At Accenture, this means designing strategies across the breadth of projects, from inception projects starting out on their Agile journey, through to complex mature organizations that need the experienced support to continue evolving on their Agile Journey.

The Agile Coach must use techniques that increase collaboration and should ultimately promote a culture of experimentation and innovation. To do this, the Agile Coach must exemplify agile principles and lead others to adopt the agile mindset. Alongside Accenture’s large repository of information, the Agile Coach should be able to synthesise various amounts of information to bring together a pragmatic approach to enhance the clients’ culture.

The Agile Coach will work hand in hand with the delivery team to enhance the way outcomes are delivered at the client. They will be able to enhance these outcomes under an agile setting by bringing the best out of every individual to ensure a high quality and consistent delivery.

Constant improvement is a key element across clients to ensure a forward focus is always at play. The Agile Coach can help map this constant improvement, guiding it in the correct path and ensure that action items are translated into outcomes to progress organizations in the right direction.

Agile Coach needs to deliver under various client preferred frameworks depending on the client at hand, as well as advising on potential frameworks and the best fit for organizations.

At Accenture, there are times when travel is expected to service our client’s needs. The Agile Coach role can be serviced across our operating area with the possibility of travel being a required part of the position.

Lastly, agile coaches mentor teams and individuals by providing feedback to improve processes and answering questions. They are responsible for catalysing organisational development through hands-on support and are expected to effectively collaborate with employees across all roles and levels whilst leading teams to a greater understanding and acceptance of the Agile mindset

Qualifications :

Professional Skill Requirements

· 
Proven experience working as an Agile coach

· 
Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices,

· 
Consulting and facilitation skills & experience

· 
A practical and pragmatic approach to helping our clients transition or improve their agile practices

· 
Excellent presentation skills, listening and communication skills

· 
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

· 
Skilled in felicitating workshops, meetings, driving decisions, and negotiating win/win solutions.

· 
Agile Certification

· 
Must be Australian Citizen
