Position Summary

As a Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our engagement teams as we look to deliver upon our clients' needs. You will provide actionable insights to the world's top firms, helping them address priority C-suite issues with strategies they can execute at global scale, with speed and agility.

Key Skills / Experience:

Analysis : Advanced financial acumen with ability to synthesize large amounts of public and non-public financial data and ability to conduct spend analyses;

Value Identification : Perspectives on SG&A (Technology, Marketing, Travel, Facilities, Professional Services, etc.) and COGS (Headcount, Fund Fees, Transfer Agencies, Market Data, etc.) and corresponding should-costs;

Value Realization : Expertise in executing on cost reduction opportunities across supply and demand / consumption levers;

Value Sustainment : Integrating changes into budgets, controlling and monitoring; standing-up operational capabilities (i.e. people, process, technology) to sustain results;

Other Skills : Proficiencies in supporting client origination, journey management, managing and coaching others, leadership, effective communication (written and oral);

Desired profile

Qualifications :



Basic Qualifications:

· 
·  Bachelor of Science Degree
·  Minimum of 5 year of experience in an external strategy consulting firm and operating at the Manager equivalent
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Procurement or 3rd Party Cost Takeout initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

· 
·  Tier 1 strategy consulting firm experience
·  MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Excellent leadership, management, and relationship building skills
