How? Become a Sr. Credit Analyst at Abbott Puerto Rico. This position will be based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Maintain accurate financial information and IT systems and provide to the affiliate with the analytical support and financial information in compliance with corporate policies and government regulations.

Responsible for the payment posting process. Cash receipts reconciliation. Provide support to the peers in the reconciliation and collections of some accounts.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

1. Work with cash posting and A/R adjustments for all commercial division on their systems or applications such as; OASIS, AS400 and/or SAP.

2. Submit monthly reports complete, accurate and on time.

3. Work closely with peers with collections of special customers and some accounts.

4. Review, analyze and reconcile customer's accounts and outstanding payment with accounting area.

5. Monthly cash reconciliation between GL and bank deposits with accounting area.

6. Monthly cash reconciliation between GL and bank deposits with accounting area.

7. Analyze and reconcile the health plan cash receipts.

8. Identify, analyze and register the cash receipts for all divisions on a daily basis.

9. Perform monthly A/R adjustments.

10. Support the Account Administrator on a regular basis.

CAN'T WAIT TO GET STARTED?

Bachelor Degree in Accounting

Minimum two (2) years of experience in Credit and/or Collection.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient PC skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish.

Strong Analitical Skills
