Abbott Diabetes Care in Donegal is currently going through a large expansion and as part of that expansion we are recruiting for a Training Specialist.

The main responsibility of the Training Specialist is to administer the site training needs, ensuring delivery of safe and effective products that meet customer needs whilst maintaining compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for working with Management to establish training needs.
• Tracking the timely execution of training plans.
• Entering new hires/employees into Systems in a timely manner.
• Serve as a training system Administrator, providing new hire training, and troubleshooting system links, training - related topics and other assignments from Manager.
• Conduct Quality training classes on Quality System Orientation (QSO) training and other classes, as assigned by Manager
• Performing training reviews at given intervals.

Education:

Third level education complete ideally in Business, Engineering or Science.
