· To assist SFE Manager in Sales Force Effectiveness System (including customer database management and existing SFEs System)
· Maintain and update CRM system by continuously review and update all setting and users to align and serve business needs.
· Manage and update SFE data, verify and upload to database and handle customer’s data, updating customer profile, working plan template and the change of requirement.
· Manage, control and maintenance of mobile devices for sales & marketing and commercial excellence in term of inventory control to align with IT compliance.
· Collaborate with MCE (Multichannel Engagement) Team on planning and organizing SFDC to be ready for implementation.
· Contact with internal user to verify changes to support sales activities that enable efficient access to sales information.
· Generate monthly standard reports of each business unit and ad-hoc reports as per request from user.
· Provide reports at various levels of reporting /dashboards periodically for management, sales &marketing and internal customers.
· Implement/improve of SFE system, in terms of software and hardware, and SOP (workflow).
· Training to users for how to use SFE system and other assignment.
