Working Location: 18 Luy Ban Bich, Tan Thoi Hoa, Tan Phu District, HCMC
- Responsible for both US GAAP & VAS accounting & reporting and month-end closing process
Core Job Responsibilities
- Manage corporate reporting (HFM, host analysis, D1.1, D5.6,...)
- Manage US GAAP and VAS financial statements (including P&L by SKU level)
- Control proper SKU allocation in term of topline, General admin
- Manage chart of account (US GAAP and VAS)
- Manage periodic closing process to ensure all accounting recorded properly and reporting submitted timely
- Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L, BS, sales performance analysis, WC, SG&A, trade spending,…
- Update working capital performance and keep track of improvement actions
- Update sales performance to sales team on a monthly
- Ensure compliance of US GAAP and VAS accounting:
+ Responsible for coordinating cross-functions in finance to further improve processes
+ Understanding system to enhance system control & automation
Minimum Education
B.A. in Accounting, Finance or similar subject area or equivalent work experience.
CPA or other certifications also preferred.
Work Experience:
3-5 years of accounting finance and/or other relevant experience within international environment with the responsibilities to manage governmental and statutory compliance matters.
- Good understanding of VAS and US GAAP financial policies and general / international accounting are necessary for success.
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English in order to effectively communicate with the local team & Area/Global team is critical.
- Process excellence experience( Able to create (across-function) End-to-End policies and processes and make improvements where needed )
