JOB DESCRIPTION:

Project Manager.

Moscow.

Goal for position:

Develop and implement a system of management & coordination of the company’s strategic projects.

Responsibility:

·  Development of the system of effective management and coordination of strategic projects portfolio
·  Development and improvement of the project management business processes
·  Coordination of the execution of the company’s strategic projects: monitoring of the projects KPIs, estimation of the project resources, identification, assessment and managing the projects risks
·  Facilitating cross-functional collaboration for the projects’ execution
·  Development of the project reporting forms, preparation of the presentations for the top-management
·  Analytical support in execution of operational efficiency projects
·  Support in the development of the company’s strategic plans

Requirements:

- Higher education in management, economics or finance. MBA is an advantage. PMP certificate or similar is an advantage;

- 3-5 years of experience in one of the following domains:

·  Complex cross-functional projects management at an international company or at a large Russian company
·  Management consulting
·  Internal consulting at an international company or at a large Russian company
·  Pharma industry experience is an advantage;

- Competences:

·  Advanced project management skills
·  Excellent time management, prioritization & organizational skills
·  Passion for problem solving & inquisitive mind
·  Advanced presentation skills, ability to present information at the executive level
·  Good communication skills
·  Advanced power point skills
·  Advanced excel
·  MS Project
·  Planisware system knowledge is an advantage
·  Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
