JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work place: 18 Luy Ban Bich, Tan Thoi Hoa ward, Tan Phu dist, HCMC
Payment to vendors
- Receive invoices and supporting documents from vendors, recording into Log book and inform relevant departments. Follow up and work closely with departments for the payment requests
- Check and ensure supporting documents are adequate, completeness and in line with the current company policies and procedures
- Perform 3-way matching (invoice, PO and goods receipt) and ensure the accuracy, proper authorization and process payment requests to vendor timely
- Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing of payment requests
- Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries correctly
- Communicate with vendors and assist them with any payable issues
- Review Aging report and make sure there is no overdue payment and reconcile with vendor
- Assist with month-end closing
- Provide supporting documentation for audits when necessary
- Disburses petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation
- Maintain organized up-to-date files of all documents supporting contractual arrangements and payments in a secure and confidential manner
- Proactively propose initiates to improve efficiency of the current processes/procedures
- Other ad-hoc tasks when required
Payment to employees
- Ensure invoices and supporting documents are adequate and in connection with the current Employee Business Expense policy
- Record Expense report into ERP system and process payment to employees timely
- Make sure the correct account coding, expense type
- Quickly coordinate to relevant employees to solve the payment issues
- Promptly support employees with their questions, concerns
