Position Summary:

The Master Data Analyst will be responsible for the integrity of all Master Data, providing Master Data Management Service and overseeing the data flow to enhance business operations and performance whilst complying with the governance of corporate policies, processes and procedures. They will ensure all processes are accurately documented for both retained and outsourced activities.

Main Responsibilities include:

Support the migration of processes and services to the regional shared service organization, to include:

  • Participate in Knowledge Transfer to migrate activities to a regional captive service center, satellite centers or outsourced partner(s)
  • Meet the agreed performance measures, KPIs, and goal setting processes
  • Perform day to day shared service Master Data functions within the defined process standards working across captive and outsourced teams.
  • Collect, review, validate and input of all Master Data requests in compliance with corporate and divisional Policies and Procedures
  • Review and investigate all Master Data queries and issues as raised by the business escalating where necessary to ensure timely resolution and communication
  • Prepare and review monthly performance reports
  • Provide internal and external audit support as required
  • Coordinate with Manager information requirements for all dependent business units as it relates to Master Data
  • Perform and coordinate all Master Data activities for shared services
  • Propose and develop improvement suggestions
  • Assist the Master Data Manager in developing and reviewing performance results for accounts receivable processes in the region
  • Ensure integrity of internal controls, in partnership with the compliance team



    Minimum Education

  • BA degree in Business or Accounting preferred but not essential.
  • Relevant work experience advantageous or equivalent combination of education and work experience.



    Minimum Experience

  • 3 years of relevant experience inclusive of all aspects Master Data management
  • Prior recent experience working in a captive SSC environment preferred.
  • Experience with 3rd party outsource providers preferred
  • Strong ability to interact with internal and external parties at various levels
  • Attention to detail with a propensity for continuous improvement
  • ERP experience required
