JOB DESCRIPTION:
E-COMMERCE HEAD
Job responsibilities:
Online sales development and profitable growth on the assigned territory in order to execute sales targets
· Build and develop the distribution of company products with appropriate range
· Ensure sales volumes
· Find and establish relationships with new clients
· Prioritize and develop active clients
· Ensure the appropriate assortment, products availability and visibility across E-commerce channel in accordance with priorities and KPIs
· Sales planning and reporting
· Monitor, analyze competitors trade activities and lead ANI online contra-initiatives
· Act in cooperation with KA team and team of sales and medicals representatives
· Coordinates with Distributors deliveries terms execution and control AR
· Initiates and performs national and local promo activities in accordance with ANI’s Trade Marketing Department’s Promo Plan
· Ensure quality analysis of promo-activities in coordination with Marketing Department
Main requirements:
· University diploma
· Relevant experience in E-commerce from 2 years and above within multinational FMCG companies.
· Strong negotiation skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Result-oriented
· Able to work in a matrix organization
· Structured, self-managing person with positive attitude.
