Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Position Overview:

Under the supervision of the Customer Service & Support Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Also provides customers with the proper information and assistance necessary in order to maintain good customer relations. Uses an on-line computerized order entry system in an accurate and timely fashion. Also investigates and resolves customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining good customer relations.

  • Process all customers' orders by phone, fax, mail, GHX (electronically)and assist with e-Abbott.
  • Place instrument orders, book transport company and follow up on proper delivery.
  • Process all customers' credits and debits.
  • Process all return goods authorisation (RGA).
  • Follow up on account receivable issues, back orders, pricing issues
  • Filing of various paperwork of the department.
  • Item maintenance in AES SAP
  • Complete non-conformance reports, where applicable
  • Answer Reception calls and take necessary actions
  • Set up and maintain standing Order
  • Set up and maintain Sequester ordering
  • Train new Sales Reps on Customer Service operations when necessary

High School Graduate

1 to 3 years previews experience

Must be bilingual (French/English)

Must have Microsoft Office experience

Ability with SAP
