For our Smart Buildings Business Unit located in Vittuone (MI), we are currently looking for an Order Handling Export Intern to join the Electrification Products Division. The intern will give active support both internally and externally in order to assist our clients as best as possible. In this role the intorn will coordinate with all the suppliers, taking care of the customers' satisfation.

Tasks:

- Managing the orders, controlling all the steps till the delivery to the customer (using tracking systems)
- Addressing and monitoring of transport on sale for competent customers; interfacing with the TMC team for transport management
- Analysis of the reliability and delivery times for the areas of competence
- Collection and analysis of procurement forecasts by customers (LSO) of LPG
- Coordination with the planning / purchasing of managed products to identify possibilities for optimizing communication processes
-Customs clearance management

Requirements:

For this role we require:

- Graduated/major students in Economics, Languages and/or International Relations (both Bachelor or Master). We will evaluate High School graduates (in Languages) with experience in the role.
- Knowledge of sales / export processes (including trade compliance issues) is a great plus
- A previous experience/stage in a similar role will represent a plus
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken). The knowledge of German represents a plus
- Exposure to MS Office Tools and similars
- Teamworking, problem solving, ownership and brilliant relational skills
