Job Description

Design, develop and implement the Commercial Plan, seeking and analyzing new opportunity areas for the business, through feedback of the Data Reports(PMM, distributors Sellout, DDD, Dataview) and identifying a new and a better way for selling our products
Coordinate the commercial actions required to achieve the objectives of the Channel
Measure the performance versus the objectives established
Monitor compliance of politics and procedures.
Monitor business performance
Management of expenses & budget.
Establish with the BU HEAD of the area the annual quotas of sales, in accordance with potential and strategies established in business plan. 
Maximize the relationship with indirect and direct clients.
Provide tools to the team in order to achieve sales objectives.
Build and manage high performing teams.
Developing the Commercial plan Ensure SP3 is appropriately followed.
Responsible of the performance management and development of direct reports.
Participate actively in the Compliance Committee, ensuring adherence to the SP3 guidelines, local procedures and local law.

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

University degree
Sales Manager with at least 3 years of experience Onco and Bio Business
Fluency in English essential.
Minimun 3 years as People Manager
