The NGSC Mexico is located in the biggest city in the country. The site is located 15 minutes away from Coyoacan, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Mexico, dating back to the XVI century, which has evolved into a cultural spot that gathers Mexican traditional and gourmet cuisine, arts and crafts, and history.

POSITION PURPOSE

The BI-EPPT Leader must become a consulting partner that supports and provides the best available information with strategic and competitive analysis, generating value added insights that can be turned into brand strategies. Also lead the EPPT process for the upcoming molecules to facilitate and ensure communication with the different involved areas.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Business Intelligence:
•Provide specific analysis to contribute full understanding of the market and main trends according to brand needs and hypothesis including (Access, B2B, BD&L,Contacto, BPA and Trade Mkt)
•Analyze different resources and audits to provide an executive overview of the market in order to take actions.
•Participate in preparation of budgets, forecasts, stratplans, MS objectives using accurate market trends, princing analysis, competitive intelligence insights and assumptions.
•Become the owner of the IPS process, consolidating primary and secondary market researchs to provide insights for the strategic imperatives for the brands.
•Lead market researchs for the brands and business units, managing the budget assigned.
•Ensure appropriate oversight regarding the implementation of the POP processes.
•Team up with the SFE team to provide the deepest analysis possible
•Compiling and presenting information verbally, visually and in writing for the executive committee. Early Product Planning Team:
• Lead the process through it´s timeline and steps
• Ensure to have the meeting with the different areas each quarter
• Take care of the 2nd phase for the EPPT Process (mapping)
• Ensure communication with the regional/Global team for the Upcoming molecules and plans

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering,Actuary, Economy and Psychology.
EnglishLocal country language Experience (3 to 5 years) in Pharma Market Research, Field ForceEffectiveness, Business Intelligence
