We are currently looking for a trainee to join the Human Resources & Retail Training Department at Madrid HO for 1 year, who will give support to the retail network of Mediterranean Zone ( 17 stores in Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel & Turkey). The successful candidate will support the HR & Retail Training Team in daily labor relations & C&B, HR reporting and Retail Training delivery.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HR REPORTING AND COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Active participation in monthly payroll preparation for the 6 countries: Collect monthly incidences from retail teams and monthly meal allowance order; monthly control and preparation of commission pay-out,
- HR KPI´s monthly reporting: Analysis of main HR KPI´s : Absenteeism, turnover, and others, for the 6 countries,
- Commission scheme monthly analysis for the 6 countries,
- Monthly Headcount reporting,
- Annual Social Report: Monthly analysis of all the social report to consider, collect all the information for the annual reporting,
- Monitoring of Labor Risk Prevention in the workplace for all countries according to the local labor law.
 
HR ADMINISTRATION
- Coordinates My LV Talent (HRIS) for the 6 countries; prepares for the main processes to assess performance & potential (PCR, Retail OMR),
- Uniform Management for the 6 countries,
- Monthly update of organization charts for Mediterranean,
- SAP purchase orders and invoices follow up,
- Follow up of vacation of HO and Store Management teams,
- Coordinate all new employees for El Corte Inglés updating the database in Ucageci for their entrance to the mall.
 
RETAIL TRAINING
- Coordinate logistics for internal participant selection and invitations,
- Support translation of corporate material into local language when needed,
- Prepares onboarding material for new comers and others upon request from Retail Training Manager,
- Organize logistics of meeting rooms, meals, hotel bookings, entertainment,
- Coordinate feedback from participants after training completion,
- Updates LMS training database to track internal training paths,
- Supports Retail Training team in delivery and organization of onboarding for new employees.

- Strong computer skills with complete manage of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint),
- Be a self-starter and autonomous in terms of agenda and priorities, organizational skills,
- Trust & integrity,
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment, agility to adapt to changes,
- Communication skills and easily connects with others,
- Fluent Spanish & English.   
 
REQUIRED PROFILE & EXPERIENCE
- Graduated from Business School or Business Administration requested,
- A previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar role is required, in the retail field and/or HR department will be positively considered,
 
- It is mandatory that the candidate can formalize a "contrato de practicas" based on Spanish labor law or an internship agreement with the University.
