Job description

Billing Administrator/Freight Settlement Employee will be in charge of the client billing and supplier invoice validation process. This vital role is significantly contributing to the success of our department Integrated Logistics. In this position, you will report to the Team Supervisor, with close working relationships across the whole business including the Finance team, Business Management, Service Implementation, and Business Systems Support.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Ensure accurate billing throughout the billing cycle
·  Prepare data, collect information and update rates
·  Validate and book supplier invoices
·  Monitor, understand and verify revenue/expense validations
·  Take ownership of communication with internal and external customers
·  Ensure a collaborative approach with other departments to ensure excellent and timely customer service

Your skills and experience

·  At least 1 year of experience in accounting, logistics or general administration
·  Affinity to numbers and analytical mindset
·  Proficiency in MS Office (with focus on MS Excel)
·  Fluency in English (written and spoken)
·  Very strong customer focus and team spirit
·  Diploma in accounting, finance or business administration is a plus
·  Knowledge of SQL and VBA is a plus
