Responsibilities:
·  Generate and maintain a direct candidate pipeline
·  Present the Client proposition to candidates in a way that motivates them and ensures interest in the role
·  Conduct phone interviews with the candidates
·  Present candidate long lists and proposed shortlist to Lead Recruiter
·  Develop and maintain knowledge of the client business, organization and job roles
·  Develop and maintain market knowledge, especially the client competitor landscape
·  Provide advice-evidence on market conditions, competitor intelligence, candidate's feedback for onsite team
·  Work to achieve and aim to exceed agreed personal and team targets, objectives and service levels
·  Maintain the database and reports in a timely and accurate manner
·  Conduct job trainings for new starters

·  Recruitment / research experience is a must
·  Experience in multinational environment
·  Good knowledge of the technology industry and international recruitment market is an advantage Strong networker, customer focus
·  IT Literate: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet Excellent interpersonal and relations building skills, active and positive approach towards people, ability to communicate and sell over the phone
·  Experience on IT recruitment (nice to have)
·  English: Intermediate Qualifications

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
