Poste et missions:
The Go to market team is hiring a new partner! We are looking for a driven, curious and all-rounder analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. In direct contact with the group brand manager, as well as business & recruitment departments, you will have in charge to:
Ensure marketing campaign effectiveness :
Define marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets in collaboration with marketing project managers to measure the ROI of marketing campaigns
Analyse marketing campaign results, implement monitoring and forecasting tools and cockpits
Help optimise the effectiveness of marketing campaigns both online and offline through strategic data analysis, and appropriate recommendations
Ensure consistent communication of group figures:
Define and implement a process to centralise group figures and ensure consistent worldwide internal & external communication
Benchmark and monitor competitor financial communication
Participate in the automation of such processes, cockpits and monitoring through the development of specific applications.
Profil:
You are autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, curious.
You have an excellent command of English and French.
You love working with figures, and are ready to take a project from scratch and develop it.
You have an interest in all areas of Marketing (digital, press, communication), and excellent command of Excel.
