A vacancy for a Service Delivery Manager for Network Operations Airbus DS SP has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Barajas.

Tasks & accountabilities

As a Service Delivery Manager for Network Operations at Airbus DS in Spain, your main activities will be the following:

·  To act as Service Delivery Manager for the whole network services (LAN, WAN, remote access, proxys, firewalls, encryption, WiFi, etc)
·  To manage the change management process (incidents, requirements, problems and capacity planning) in order to comply with the agreed SLAs with the bussiness.
·  To manage the maintenance of network platform based in different providers and manufactures
·  To guarantee end to end connectivity for end-users
·  To prepare and control the budget for the network services
·  To deal with network providers supporting them on operational activities
·  To prepare and support week-end and non bussiness hours changes
·  To follow up the KPIs of the different network services
·  To represent the national operational team in some meetings and forums

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following education and experience:

·  Bachelor degree in IT/Computer science or related field.
·  3-5 years of relevant quantitative and qualitative research and analytics experience.
·  Experienced in Network Infrastructure and project management.
·  Deep knowledge in IT Security principles and policies
·  Deep knowledge in Networks (Routing / Switching / Wireless / Proxy / DDI) and Security (Firewalling, NAC 802.1x, VPN).
·  Assertiveness and ability to challenge business requirements.
·  Excellent team-player with good communication and presentation skills in international perimeter.
·  Open for a dynamic environment
·  Good MS-Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, VISIO)
·  Advanced level of English
·  Willingness to travel
